We are confident you will love your Watlings purchase, however should you change your mind, you can return any item purchased on our website within 20 days, where we will be happy to arrange an exchange, or a full refund for you.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition. Please email us at sales@watlings.com stating the reason for your return, and pack your parcel securely in the Watlings box and bag in which the item was delivered.
We recommend that returns are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
